Nathan
Janes is a native of Port Clinton, Ohio, a town
on the shores of Lake Erie. Nathan is a graduate
of The Columbus College of Art & Design and was
recently named "Emerging Artist and Trendsetter"
by Art Business News, the largest trade publication
in the U.S.
Nathan and his art have been featured in a variety
of national and international animal publications
including "Animal Fair" and "Dogs Today".
"Pop Arf illustrates
the companionship and genuine love between dogs
and people. My goal is to create art that presents
dogs as individuals with unique personalities who
can't help but put a smile on your face. I give
dogs a voice to create humor, awareness and understanding.
Through my art I hope to inspire others to donate
to local shelters and to consider pet adoption
as a way to find a new best friend."
