Gary Soszynski

This transplanted New York artist has flourished during the last thirty years in the elaborate fertile environment of Southern California. From high in his studio in the Santa Monica mountains, he paints with passion using a well developed language of visible elements.

Gary has painted since he was five years old. He received a full scholarship to Pratt Institute in 1970. His current work consists of a mix of classical and curious elements rendered with a love of light and shadow.

Gary recently had a sold-out show at The Los Angeles County Art Museum Sales and Rental Gallery. He has also created numerous murals and sculptures for some of Southern California's most beautiful homes and businesses.
