I
recently moved from Los Angeles where for
17 years I have worked in the movie industry
in various art department positions. In that
time I did scenic painting, prop construction,
set decorating, and more. My last position was
on the television show "Everybody Loves
Raymond".
I've been
fortunate enough to get some of my paintings
featured on TV shows. Five of my paintings have
been featured on "Everybody Loves Raymond",
four were also featured in "The Muhammed
Ali Story" for ABC, and five of my paintings
are presently on the permanent sets of "The
OC" on
FOX.
I
attended UCLA but soon left for travel and adventure.
I joined Club Med to design the lighting
and sets for their nightly cabaret shows. Then
after two years in the Caribbean it was back
home to LA to start my movie career.
I
have designed and created many privately commissioned
murals and canvases while also producing many
lively furniture pieces for retail stores around
Los Angeles. Presently I am teaching yoga to seniors
and painting new artwork. I also have my paintings
being shown in La Bussola in Reno, NV; The Rice
Gallery in Overland Park, KS; Mardeen Davis Art
Gallery in Los Angeles; Raw Style in Santa
Monica, CA; the Sandtrap Grill in Houston, TX;
and Hamilton Twelve Hill Country Events in Austin,
TX.
